This Will Be A New Service For The Town Of Smoky Lake, Smoky Lake County, Village Of Waskatenau, And Village Of Vilna (I.E, The Smoky Lake Region).Activities:-Set Up A Regional Economic Development Organization With A Governance Structure, Strategy, Corporate Identity And Marketing/Data Platform For The Edc To Represent. -Complete Business Retention & Expansion (Bre) Project To Gather Data And Create The Business Relationships Necessary For The Partnership To Succeed.-Engage In Near-Term Projects Identified By The Bre Project That Can Be Completed By Early 2028.-Promote The Region And Its Communities As A Place To Invest, Work And Live.
