1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Purchase Of Legal Counseling Services Under The Project Femp.06.26-Ip.01-0298/24-01 Active Today - Better Tomorrow.2. A Lawyer Providing Legal Advice In The Active Today - Better Tomorrow Project Provides Individual Legal Consultations For Participants Identified On The Basis Of A Needs Diagnosis. Its Tasks Include Providing Information About The Rights Of Participants, Analyzing Legal Problems (E.G. Family, Property, Employment, Enforcement) And Indicating Possible Solutions And Procedures (E.G. Preparing Letters, Court Applications, Representing Interests At The Information Level). The Aim Of Counseling Is To Support Participants In Resolving Legal Difficulties That Prevent Them From Fully Functioning Socially And Professionally. In Practice, Legal Counseling Is Addressed Primarily To People (Mainly Women) Experiencing Domestic Violence Or Other Family Crises Who Need Legal Assistance Where Mediation Is Not Sufficient.3. Number Of Participants And Hours Of Support. The Project Envisages Providing Legal Advice To 20 Project Participants (Up). Approximately 10 Hours Of Individual Legal Support Are Planned For Each Up, Which Gives A Total Of 200 Hours Of Lawyer Work (20 Up × 10 Hours/Up). The Number Of Participants And The Number Of Hours Were Determined Based On The Analysis Of The Needs Of The Projects Target Group.4. The Form Of Support Provided. Legal Advice Is Provided In The Form Of Individual Consultations - Each Participant Is Entitled To Approximately 10 Hours Of Individual Legal Advice (1:1 Meetings With A Lawyer). Legal Services Are Not Intended As Group Classes. Meetings Are Held In Adapted Rooms Of The Beneficiary (E.G. A Small Room), Taking Into Account The Needs Of People With Disabilities And The Possibility Of Providing Transport.5. Topics Of Legal Advice. Legal Advice Primarily Covers Legal Problems Arising From The Participants Personal Life Situation. In Particular, It Focuses On Issues Related To Family And Guardianship Law - E.G. Establishing Contact With Children, Care And Alimony Matters, And Procedures Related To Domestic Violence - And Social Security Law. Legal Assistance May Also Concern Aspects Of Employment (Labor Law), Debt, Inheritance Matters Or Other Problems That Hinder The Participants Activation. Examples Of Support Goals Include Helping Women Experiencing Violence And Parents Struggling With Parenting Difficulties Or Alcohol Problems - Where Family Law Must Be Applied To Protect The Interests Of The Child And Family. We Also Support People With Mental Illnesses Or Intellectual Disabilities For Whom It Is Necessary To Transfer The Case To Legal Matters (E.G. Regulation Of Legal Guardianship Or Social Security).6. Documenting The Support Provided. Each Legal Advice Provided Is Documented In Accordance With Project Procedures. The Lawyer Prepares Memos Or Minutes From Each Consultation, And The Participant Confirms Its Implementation With An Attendance List. All Doc
