The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of A Drug Reimbursed Under The Drug Program Entitled: Treatment Of Patients With Primary Iga Nephropathy (Icd-10: N02.8) B.171 For The Needs Of The Provincial Hospital In Kielce. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Quantity Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form. Information On The Principles Of Delivery, Warranty And Remuneration Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. Medicinal Products Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Be Understood As Medicinal Products Within The Meaning Of The Act Of September 6, 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law. The Offered Medicinal Products Must Be Admitted To Trading On The Terms Specified In Art. 3 Or Art. 4 Section 1 And 2 Or Art. 4A Of The Pharmaceutical Law Act. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Announcement Of The Minister Of Health On The List Of Reimbursed Medicines, Foodstuffs For Particular Nutritional Uses And Medical Devices, Current As At The Date Of Submission Of Offers. The Price For The Execution Of The Order Must Be Calculated In Accordance With The Provisions In Force In This Regard, In Particular The Provisions On The Tax On Goods And Services, Accounting, And With The Announcement Of The Minister Of Health On The List Of Reimbursed Medicines, Foodstuffs For Particular Nutritional Uses And Medical Devices, Valid As At The Date Of Submission Of Offers, And Also In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In This Specification. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5), I.E. The Unit Price Cannot Exceed The Price Of The Financing Limit With The Announcement Of The Minister Of Health On The List Of Reimbursed Medicines, Foodstuffs For Particular Nutritional Uses And Medical Devices Valid On The Date Of Submission Of Offers.
