4.2. Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Village Cultural Center In Majdan Górny, Including In Particular: A) Insulation Of External Walls, Foundation Walls And Ceilings, B) Replacement Of Parts Of Window And Door Joinery, C) Reconstruction Of The Lightning Protection System, D) Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation And Installation Of An Air Heat Pump Along With The Necessary Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation. E) Preparation And Submission To The Ordering Party, Together With As-Built Documentation, Of The Energy Performance Certificate Of The Building Registered In The Central Register Of Energy Performance Of Buildings.2) The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Execution Of Accompanying Works, Including: A) Renovation Of External Stairs, B) Renovation Of The Wall, C) Execution Of New Sheet Metal Flashings And Window Sills, D) Reconstruction Of The Band Around The Building And Performance Of All Reconstruction And Finishing Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Applicable Legal Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. Note! The Planned Construction Works Do Not Include Renovation Of The Walls At The Entrance Gate Of The Volunteer Fire Departments Garage.
