The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Modernization Of The Sports Field For Football In Mała Wieś. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of The Surface Of The Sports Field For Football, Which Will Consist In Replacing The Top Layers And Restoring The Existing Levels And Slopes. The Task Will Include The Replacement Of Existing Gates As Well As The Delivery And Installation Of New Ones, The Location And Dimensions Of Which Remain Unchanged. The Scope Of Reporting Also Includes The Replacement Of Fencing Elements And Nets. The Dimensions Of The Pitch After The Renovation Remain Unchanged. Primary Slopes And Drainage Will Be Maintained. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To Swz.
