1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction And Renovation Of A Water Reservoir For Small Retention In Wola Baranowska, Register No. 787.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Together With A Supplementary Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 5 To This Specification.3. After Completing The Subject Of The Contract And Final Acceptance, The Contractor Provides At Least A 24-Month Warranty For The Completed Construction Works, Counted From The Date Of Fault-Free Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract.5. In The Case Of Proper Names In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And This Specification, Equivalent Solutions With No Worse Parameters Are Allowed. If The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Standards, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Should Be Understood That It Is Possible To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Specified In The Swz And Tender Documentation, Marking Such Indications Or References With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Respectively, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. An Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible If The Word Equivalent Or Equivalent Is Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Construction Materials That Are Listed In The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications, Provided That The Equivalent Materials Will Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters As The Materials Listed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Supplies (Equipment And Construction Materials), Services Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. When Describing The Subject Of The Contract In The Swz And All Annexes To The Swz By Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Indicates That It Allows Equivalent Solutions, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
