1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Opz Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Functionally Interrelated Elements Of Hardware And System Infrastructure (Cluster Hosts, Virtualization Software, Backup Server, Nas Server, Network Switches) Along With A Uniform Installation, Configuration And Migration Service, The Division Of Which Between Different Contractors Would Result In Lack Of Proper Coordination Of Implementation Works, Risk Of Incompatibility Of Individual Components And Lack Of Clear Responsibility For The Proper Operation Of The Entire High Availability (Ha) Cluster Environment. Due To The Above, Dividing The Contract Into Lots Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 91 Section 2 Ppl 4. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Indicates Specific Parameters, Standards, Norms Or Technical Solutions With The Note Or Equivalent/Equivalent, The Ordering Party Will Consider An Equivalent Solution To Be A Solution That Ensures Functioning And Interoperability With The Remaining Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract At A Level Not Worse Than That Indicated In The Opz, I.E. Meeting At Least All Minimum Technical And Functional Parameters Indicated For A Given Element In The Opz. The Burden Of Demonstrating The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution Rests With The Contractor, Who For This Purpose Attaches To The Offer Appropriate Documents (E.G. Catalog Cards, Manufacturers Declarations) Referred To In Chapter. Vii Swz.Viii. Deadline For Completion Of The Subject Of The Orderdelivery Of Hardware, Software, Installation, Configuration, Migration And Testing Services Referred To In The Opz No Later Than September 25, 2026, In Accordance With The Detailed Material And Time Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract.
