The Original Labels Must Be On The Fertilizer Packaging. Big Bag Packaging 500 Kg. The Offered Fertilizer Must Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of July 10, 2007 On Fertilizers And Fertilization (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 105, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis (I.E. Have Appropriate Certificates Necessary For The Distribution And Functional Use Of The Fertilizer). Fertilizers Should Come From Current Production And Have A Shelf Life Of At Least 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Delivery.
