1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Connection Of A Power Generator For The Needs Of The District Office In Puck, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Grant Project Titled Cybersecure Local Government.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Install And Connect (Start Up) A Power Generator For The Emergency Power Supply Of The Building Of The District Office In Puck At Ul. Kolejowa 7B. The Generator Will Be Located In Front Of The County Office Building. 3. The Generator Must Be Brand New, I.E. Unused, Undamaged, Unregenerated, And Free From The Rights Of Third Parties Or Entities. The Device Must Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law, In Particular Regarding The Finished Product. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order In Its Entirety. 4. Details Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Studies Constituting The Content Of Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. For Part Of The Order Covered By This Delivery, It Is Necessary To Perform Construction Works. Due To The Above, The Documentation Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - In Addition To The Specification Of The Key Scope Of The Order, Which Is The Supply Of A Power Generator - Also Includes Documents From The Field Of The Electrical Construction Industry: Detailed Design And Bill Of Quantities. 6. The Measurements Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are For Informational (Auxiliary) Purposes Only. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comprehensively Complete The Order In The Scope Of All Works Resulting From The Technical Documentation, As Well As To Take Into Account Works And Costs Not Included Therein, Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed Or The Subject Of This Order Cannot Be Used.
