Sogndal Municipality Will Refurbish Granliavegen 40-50 As The Building Badly Needs Maintenance And Upgrades. Granliavegen 40-50 Consists Of 6 Smaller Flats, Which Have Functioned As Municipal Rental Housing. The Project Has Received An Energy Subsidy From The Housing Bank, And The Contractor Must Carry Out The Work So That The Requirements And Prerequisites For The Subsidy Are Satisfied And Documented. The Work Is Divided Into Three Subcontracts: 1. Carpentry 2. Pipe Work 3. Electrical Work This Announcement Applies To Carpentry And Plumbing. The Electrical Work Will Be Highlighted Separately Shortly. Bidders May Choose To Submit Bids For One Or More Partial Contracts.
