The Tampere University Foundation Sr. (Hereinafter Procurement Unit Or The Client) Is Requesting A Bid For The Supply Of Compressed Air System Equipment For The Wbg Pilot Line Project (Also Sipfab In The Request For Bids), Including Procurement, Installation And Commissioning In Accordance With The Plans, Brought Into Ready-To-Use Condition. The Project Will Build New Research And Production Facilities As Iso-5 And Iso-7 Class Cleanrooms, As Well As Office And Ancillary Facilities For The Wbg Pilot Line Research Project. The Wide Band Gap Pilot Line Is Part Of The European Unions Chips Act. Through The Chips Act, Five Pilot Lines Were Formed For Different Areas Of Semiconductor Technology. The Wbg Pilot Line Focuses On Power Electronics And High Frequency Radio Technology Through New Wbg Materials. The Pilot Line Develops The Manufacturing Of Materials, As Well As The Chips And Components Made From Them, Which Achieve Products That Are More Efficient Than Traditional Silicon. The University Of Tampere Is Responsible For All Pilot Line Chip Packaging With The New Wbg Pilot Line Cleanroom. Wbg Pilot Line Is Financed By Chips Ju And Business Finland. The Purchase Of Compressed Air Equipment Is Identified In The Wbg Pilot Line Project With The Equipment Code Tau.Wp9.51. The Address Of The Construction Site Is Korkeakoulunkatu 8, 33720 Tampere. The Schedule For The Delivery And Installation Of The Equipment Is In Week 49/2026. The Cooperation Tests Of The Technical Systems Will Be Organized In March 2027, Their Schedule Will Be Confirmed By The Main Contractor Of The Site. The Overall Contract Has Started On 5/2026 And Acceptance On 1/4/2027. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Separate Procurement By The User, Which Includes The Procurement Of Equipment, Delivery To The Construction Site, Hauling, Installations Based On The Customers Plans, As Well As Installation And Testing In Perfect Working Condition. The Procurement Also Includes The Delivery Of User Manuals And User Manuals For The Equipment To The Customer, As Well As The Verification Of The Cleanliness Level Of The Compressed Air. The Supplier Of The Equipment Must Participate In The Cooperation Tests Of The Technical Systems Coordinated By The Main Contractor Of The Target. The Supplier Will Work Under The Guidance Of The Main Contractor And Will Follow The Safety Regulations Of The Construction Site And Take Care Of Occupational Safety Obligations. The Selected Supplier Agrees With The Main Contractor About The Site Practices In More Detail. The Delivery Includes A Warranty Period Of At Least Two (2) Years. The Terms Of The Warranty Period Are In Accordance With Jyse 2025 Goods For Equipment Delivery And Yse 1998 For Installation Work. The Response Time For The Availability Of Warranty Spare Parts Must Not Exceed 48 Hours. Even After The Warranty Period, The Selected Supplier Is Obliged To Provide Spare Parts For The Equipment For A Separately Agreed Compensation For At Least Ten (10) Years From The End Of Delivery. Maintenance Services Must Be Able To Be Obtained From A Third Party, If Necessary, Without Technical Restrictions. If Necessary, The Supplier Must Be Able To Name At Least Two Potential Companies Suitable For Servicing The Equipment.
