Quotation are invited for Portable Water Testing Kits Service Location: Gaza Strip Catholic Relief Services is an international aid agency and has been present in the Jerusalem, West Bank, and Gaza since 1961. The CRS JWBG Country Program currently supports development/relief programs and activities in the sectors of youth development, education, humanitarian assistance, and peace & justice. For further information about CRS, please visit: www.crs.org . Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is planning to procure following Water Testing Equipment and Reagents. We kindly request you to submit your price quotation based on the specifications, quantities, and conditions outlined below. Delivery Time: ___________________________________ (Vendor to specify) Special Conditions: This is an invitation to suppliers and is not a promise or obligation that CRS will contract with suppliers through the submitted offers. CRS can cancel, amend or postpone the bid. Suppliers should be registered as a legal entity. Prices should be submitted in ILS Excl. VAT. CRS is not obliged to accept the lowest price offer. The prices should be valid for 90 days. In case of any discrepancy between the unit price and the total price of an item, the unit price will be considered correct, and the total price will be calculated based on it. The awarded vendor must submit an official invoice and a valid tax deduction at source certificate. If the supplier didnt provide an official invoice & tax deduction at source certificate, 10% will be deducted from the total invoice amount in accordance with the applicable tax laws. The supplier must adhere to and comply with the Code of Conduct and Ethics of Catholic Relief Services (CRS). The awarded vendor must sign the mandatory clauses required by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Mercy Corps (ECHO).
