1. Delivery Of Fresh Vegetables And Fruits2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Annex No. 1.1 For Part 1. To Swz. The Method Of Performing The Order For Each Part Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. Deliveries Together With The Delivery Document Will Be Made In Accordance With Orders Placed Via E-Mail Or Telephone, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, On Business Days, No More Than 5 Times A Week, 6-9 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Delivery At A Convenient Time.4. Details About The Products, Their Quantity And Weight Are Included In The Price List For Part 1 - Annex No. 1.1 To Swz5. The Ordering Party Requires Delivery Of The Delivered Products By A Means Of Transport Consistent With The Requirements Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety.6. All Articles Must Comply With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity Of Ordered Food Products, In Particular In The Event Of A Reduction In The Number Of Children Fed Or The Number Of Feeding Days And Not Ordering Food Products During Winter Holidays, Holidays And Christmas Breaks And Other Days Free From Kindergarten/School Classes And Days On Which Classes Will Not Take Place Due To Extraordinary, Sudden Events Independent Of The Will Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation In This Respect. Pursuant To Art. 433 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Ordered Articles By No More Than 50%. The Contractor Will Be Paid For The Number Of Articles Actually Delivered.
