1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Investors Supervision Service For The Task: Open Castle - Comprehensive Modernization Of The Complex Of Exhibition And Warehouse Buildings Of The Castle Museum In Sandomierz Construction Works At Ul. 15 Sierpnia 15 In Sandomierz.2) The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.3) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4) In Each Case Where Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In This Swz And The Annexes, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions With Comparable Parameters Technical, Qualitative, Functional, Operational And Utility Performance Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Swz, Annexes And Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Moreover, Whenever In This Tor Or In The Annexes The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Specific Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And A System Of Technical References, It Should Be Understood That The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Offered Equivalent Solutions Along With A Description Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Ordering Partys Requirements And, Depending On The Case, Documents Confirming Equivalence, In Particular Technical Data Sheets, Certificates, Test Results, Declarations Of Performance Or Documents Relating To Equivalent Standards Based On The Content Of Art. 101 Section 5-6 Of The Public Procurement Law.
