1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Brand New Technical Devices With The Necessary System And Oot Software For The Digital Recording System Of Court Hearings Before The National Chamber Of Appeal (Kio), Installation Of Devices, Implementation And Launch Of The Recourt Software Owned By The Ordering Party (Hereinafter Referred To As Devices). 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 2.1 Deliver Sets Of Devices For Two New Courtrooms (Room A And Room B) 2.2. Providing Devices To Retrofit Ten (10) Existing Kio Courtrooms, 2.3. Equipment Of The Testing Room (Room C), 2.4. Conducting An Information Meeting In Accordance With The Quantitative Statement And The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Drafted Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
