Quotation are invited for Purchase of 297 Air Rifles Bidding documents required for the submission of bids can be obtained from the Accounts Section from 31.07.2026 upto 14.08.2026 on working days of the week between 9.00 a.m and 3.00 p.m on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 5,000.00 to the Shroff of the Matale District Secretariat and producing the receipt obtained along with a letter of request. Bid Security for Rupees 230,000.00 valid upto 15.12.2026 should be obtained from a commercial bank registered in the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favour of District Secretary, District Secretariat - Matale and in the alternative said value can be paid to the Shroff of the District Secretariat in cash. Bidders should submit bids in duplicate and the Original and Duplicate enclosed in separate covers and re enclosed in single cover and the Name of the Contract and Procurement Number clearly marked on the top left hand corner of the cover enclosing the bid should be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Office Room of the Chief Accountant of the District Secretariat before 2.30 p.m on 15.08.2026. Tender Box will be closed at 2.30 p.m on 15.08.2026 at the Official Room of the Chief Accountant and bids will be opened immediately thereafter.
