Engineering Services – Assistance To Project Management To Help With The Signing Of Framework Agreements. The Snia Wishes To Have Framework Agreements For Intellectual Services And Works Enabling It To Gain In Efficiency Of The Service Provided, Speed, Legal Security Of Purchases, Optimal Use Of Human Resources And To Outsource Certain Services Currently Carried Out Internally. This Contract, Concluded In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, Aims To Conclude Framework Agreements, Whether Single Awardees Or Multiple Awardees. This Mission Aims To Support The National Airport Engineering Service (Snia) Buyer In The Preparation, Award And Implementation Of These Framework Agreements, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L.2125 1 And R.2162 1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, As Well As Their Possible Renewal. The Mission Is Carried Out By Issuing Purchase Orders In Accordance With Articles L.2125 1 And R.2162 13 To R.2162 14 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Particular, Amos Mission Concerns: • The Realization Of Framework Agreements Defined As Priorities With The Pai And The Management Of The Snia • The Analysis Of Recurring Purchases In Order To Define A Purchasing Strategy For The Snia; • Legal Security Of The Procedures Implemented; • Analysis Of Applications And Offers; • Support For The Award And Start-Up Of Framework Agreements; • Updating The Snia Public Procurement Directive.
