A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Procedure Documentation Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature For The Contractor And Is Not Used To Calculate The Offer Price. The Ordering Partys Provision Of The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Calculate The Offer Price Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As To Take Into Account All Works And Costs (Including Those Not Provided For In The Bill Of Quantities). Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Check The Completeness Of The Bill Of Quantities And Treat It As An Auxiliary Element In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Has Priority In Determining The Actual Scope Of Works Included In The Subject Of The Contract, Which The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Under The Public Procurement Contract.
