The "Empowering APEC Economies: Digital Leadership Upskilling Program" addresses the need for digital leadership skills in the APEC member economies, aligning with the APEC Putrajaya Vision 2040s emphasis on digitalisation and innovation as drivers of economic development in the region. It will also contribute to the Aotearoa Plan of Actions People pillar by fostering human capital development and inclusive growth through upskilling opportunities for APEC members.
The program will include a comprehensive and immersive learning experience that will cover key areas of digital leadership, such as strategic planning, digital innovation, digital governance, digital talent management, and digital ethics.
The program will be implemented by collaborating with leading academic institutions, industry experts, and relevant stakeholders. It is expected to be delivered over a period of 2 days Digital Leadership Workshop with a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning activities. |
