Project Detail |
The project aims to address the progress made in other international organizations regarding definitions, standards and/or certifications as well as advancements in the value chain for green and low-carbon hydrogen. These workshops, to be held virtually in April and May 2024, will bring representatives from the International Partnership for Hydrogen and Fuel Cells in the Economy (IPHE), International Energy Agency (IEA) and the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). The project will culminate with a final report summarizing key conclusions, which will inform the process to agree on an “APEC Policy Guidance for Developing and Implementing Low Carbon Hydrogen Policy Frameworks in Asia-Pacific”. The beneficiaries will be primarily APEC representatives and delegates to the Energy Working Group (EWG). |
