Support the execution of operation ES-L1139 and the planning of a second phase of the conditional credit line for investment projects (CCLIP) ES-O0008 "Building human capital: born, grow, learn" with the following specific objectives: i) Conduct studies on the capacity of attention and educational gaps, with emphasis on early childhood, preschool, secondary and middle school education, ii) Estimate human resource requirements, strategy and costs of coverage expansion and gap reduction in early childhood, preschool, secondary and middle school education, iii) Support the Government of El Salvador in the planning and design of actions for the expansion of educational coverage and gap reduction; and iv) Support the organization of events or seminars to strengthen the institutional capacity of El Salvadors government agencies. |
