The Private Sector Financing Programme (PSFP) aims to support rural people to overcome poverty and achieve food security by supporting sustainable, and resilient livelihoods. The PSFP focuses on catalyzing greater private sector investments to support and benefit small producers and rural micro, small and medium enterprises in local agri-food systems. The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) manages the PSFP . Project activities include: (1) addressing bottlenecks in underserved value chains; (2) increasing market participation through small producers’ aggregation (3) creating more resilient value chains (4) promoting the adoption of digital innovations that improve value chain efficiency, transparency, sustainability, and resilience. |
