Project Name Cabo Verde - E-Governance and Public Financial Management Reform Program (E-PFMRP)
Project Detail The E-Governance and Public Financial Management Reform Program – Phase I will support the implementation of key reforms to promote e-governance through the digitalization of public services, the promotion of open-data to make data publicly available, and the establishment of transparency portal. In addition, it contributes to the modernization of the public administration by improving the working conditions of civil servants, reviewing its structure to promote equity (with a focus on gender equality), stimulating motivation, adapting the workforce skills to the new digital economy, as well as taking into account environment/climate change in the design and implementation of economic policies. The proposed program will support the digitalization of processes related to businesses.
