Project Description
The provision of senior debt financing for the design, construction, outfitting and maintenance of a 630-bed multidisciplinary hospital in Kokshetau, Kazakhstan (the "Project") to be undertaken by Renell Kokshetau LLP (the "Project Company") under a 7-year public private partnership (PPP) contract signed with the Republic of Kazakhstan on 22 December 2022.
Project Objectives
The Project aims to (i) replace obsolete hospital infrastructure and medical equipment in Kokshetau; (ii) support delivery of seamless healthcare experience and increase the availability and quality of medical services provided; (iii) create new workplaces during both the Projects construction and operation phases; and (iv) have a positive multiplicative effect on the economy through a better healthcare provision. |
