The project consists of carrying out an institutional diagnosis, as well as preparing and implementing a modernization strategy for the Ministry; In addition, develop an approach of a proposal that achieves the professionalization of human resources and in this way, guarantee a modern and updated Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG) that allows efficient management, administration and execution of its resources.
General objective:
Strengthen the institutional capacities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock by modernizing it and professionalizing its human resources.
Specific objectives:
Improve and update the information through an Institutional Diagnosis of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, which makes it possible to identify the limitations in the provision of technical and consultation services to update the information on agriculture in general.
Strengthen the institutional capacities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
Contribute to the strengthening of the MAG through the acquisition of computer equipment and accessories (computers, cell phones, computer accessories, and others) to support staff during project execution, which will be transferred to the MAG inventory at the time of acquisition.
Improve and update the information of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, which allows the identification of opportunities for agri-food products for the promotion of exports and investment attraction.
