This is an agreement made between the Secretariat for Budgetary Evaluation, Public Investment and Public Private Participation of the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Argentine Republic, whereby IICA will provide technical and administrative support in the process of developing different public policies or other strategies that be of strengthening for the Republic of Argentina. In this way, this project is linked to the hemispheric program of the IICA Medium Term Plan 2022-2026 called, international trade and regional integration.
General objective:
Provide the Chief of Staff, through the Secretariat, with the corresponding technical assistance and administrative services to assist in the implementation of public policies, management strategies and the strengthening of their capacities in matters of international trade, investment, development production and regional integration, through the provision of technical and administrative cooperation services.
Specific objectives:
Improve the administrative management capabilities of the Secretariat for the study of regional economies, global value chains, trade in intermediate goods, reinforcing the need for public regulatory policies and facilitating intraregional trade.
Obtain institutional efficiency in the various programs, projects, and activities promoted by the Secretariat through feasibility studies and evaluation, for the achievement of the Institutional objectives.
Strengthen with quality and efficiency the operational execution of the policies, programs and initiatives of the Secretariat through advice and assistance in the preparation of evaluation studies, Cluster Analysis, consulting services, civil works, training and training, equipment and attention of other expenses related to the general objective of this Agreement. |
