The project development objective is to conduct the International Comparison Program (ICP) activities and produce purchasing power p arities (PPPs) and related indices for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region. Through the conduct of the project activ ities, the project also aims at advancing the ICP as a permanent element of the regional and national statistical program, enhancing statistical capacity of the CIS National Statistical Offices (NSOs).
