A convertible loan of up to EUR 75 million to Ronesans Saglik Yatirim A.S. ("Ronesans Healthcare" or "Borrower" or "Company"), Ronesans Groups holding company for social infrastructure assets, including, six Turkish hospital PPP investments and a facility management company providing services for the Istanbul Ikitelli PPP. The loan has a 5-year tenor and a convertibility option to equity towards the maturity.
Project Objectives
75% of the proceeds of the convertible loan will be allocated to finance capital expenditures of Ronesans Healthcare under Turkish Healthcare PPP Hospitals and some portion of the loan will be utilised for general corporate purposes. |
