After these items have been accomplished the excavation will commence beginning with the topsoil stripping followed by the mass excavation. Upon completion of the mass excavation the drainage work will begin including the jack and bore operation. The retaining wall will be constructed concurrently with the drainage operation. Upon completion of the drainage and retaining wall the cement stabilization will be done by a subcontractor followed by the final placement of aggregate and subballast. Final cleanup and seeding will complete the project. The work will be done in coordination with CSX railroad. |
