Project Detail Objective of the project Global objective INPP develops human resources meeting the needs of companies in the DRC Project Objective INPPs capacities are strengthened to develop human resources that meet the needs of businesses Results 0. The training management system and the environment are improved. 1. Training management at INPP is reinforced 2. The training system of Motorization is strengthened to provide training that meets the needs of companies 3. The pilot projects are implemented activities 0-1 Establish the technique transfer procedure and the knowledge of master trainers to trainers and trainees according to the cascade method. 0-2 Improve evaluation methods for trainers and trainees. 0-3 Revise training regulations on the standardization of the number of trainees per classroom and the harmonization of the beginning of training and others. 0-4 Conduct training in accordance with the revised training regulations. 0-5 Obtain the necessary material for the Project 0-6 The inventory list and the operational and maintenance manual are modified. 0-7 Track operations and hardware maintenance 0-8 Extend the functions of the Administration of Training Management. 0-9 The activity of KAIZEN is extensive. 1-1 Confirm the progress of the INPP Action Plan 1-2 Revise the existing Annual Training Plan at DP Kinshasa 1-3 Develop a training needs analysis plan for partner companies for Motorization and Target Specialties 1-4 Implement training needs analysis (data collection and analysis) according to the developed plan 1-5 Analyze the current capacities of DP Kinshasa to meet the training needs of companies 1-6 Develop an annual training plan based on the training needs analysis at DP Kinshasa 1-7 Implement the training plan according to the Stage Regulations (preparation, execution, evaluation and certification procedure) 1-8 Develop the Procedural Manual on the preparation of the annual training plan 1-9 Experiment with the Procedural Manual in other provinces including DP Katanga 1-10 Disseminate the Procedural Manual to other provinces 1-11 Strengthen collaboration with other training institutions 2-1 Train the master trainers of DP Kinshasa and Katanga 2-2 Develop a Standard Train the Trainer Program (FDF) based on the results of the training needs analysis (1-4) 2-3 Implement the FDF by the master trainers 2-4 Evaluate the FDF by inspectors and trainers 2-5 Modify the standard program for FDF (2-2). 2-6 Modify the training program for trainees: unemployed, employees and students, according to the FDF. 2-7 Trainers conduct training based on modified training programs (2-6). 2-8 Follow up and support the evaluation of the training (2-7). 2-9 Trainers modify the training program. 3-1 Select master trainers 3-2 Train the master trainers at DP Kinshasa 3-3 Develop TFP programs based on the results of the Training Needs Analysis (1-4) 3-4 Implement the FDF by the master trainers 3-5 Evaluate the FDF by inspectors and trainers 3-6 Revise the FDF program 3-7 Develop training programs for trainees (employees of partner companies) based on the results of the training needs analysis (1-4) 3-8 Implement training programs (3-7) 3-9 Evaluate training programs (3-8) 3-10 Review training programs (3-7) 3-11 Develop / modify the training program for trainees (unemployed, employees and students) according to the procedure according to the cascade method. 3-12 Conduct the training in accordance with the modified program (3-11). 4-1 Develop guidelines and a business plan to support employment and entrepreneurship, including support for female trainees 4-2 Set up an Office of Professional Training and Integration Counselors in each province 4-3 Gather the necessary information for the internship in companies, employment and entrepreneurship to DP Kinshasa and Katanga 4-4 Develop an internship program in companies with the CCP to DP Kinshasa and Katanga 4-5 Develop a business plan with the ONEM and the other employment agencies at DP Kinshasa and Katanga 4-6 Implementation of activities (eg workshops and training) on ??the basis of the business plan (4-5) with the ONEM and the other employment agencies at DP Kinshasa and Katanga 4-7 Develop the database of former trainees 4-8 Implement the post-training follow-up of former trainees 4-9 Share progress and lessons learned from the above activities to DP Kinshasa and Katanga with the offices of Councilors from all provinces 4-10 Revise guidelines and business plan (4-1) based on the above activities 4-11 Share guidelines and business plan with Councilors offices in all provinces 5-1 The relationship with the institutions concerned is established. 5-2 The pilot project implementation plan and supporting materials are developed. 5-3 Pilot projects are implemented. 5-4 The overall support agreement is enhanced based on lessons learned from pilot projects. inputs 1. Inputs from JICA (1) The sending of Japanese Experts and experts from Third Countries (eg Senegal) Project Leader / Collaboration with the Private Sector Training Management Employment support Engines Hydraulic Pneumatic Programmable Logic Controller (API) Specialty welding Installation and maintenance / acquisition of equipment Activities Coordinator * JICA will send Japanese Experts and Third Country Experts in the above channels. The number of Experts, terms of reference and duration of each expert will be determined according to the availability of the budget allocated to the Project during each Fiscal Year of Japan. Other short-term experts jointly accepted if needed (2) Training in Japan and / or other countries (3) Provision of materials necessary for the implementation of Project activities (4) Local cost required for the implementation of Project activities 2.
