General objective
The availability of reliable health information in Burundi is improved through the establishment of a National Perennial Health Information System
Specific objective
Health information services benefiting the MSPLS, its partners and the population are increasing in quality thanks to support at all levels of data production and analysis.
Axis 1: Consolidation of the achievements of the intervention "Support for the SIS 2008-2010" (transformation of the SIS and modernization of EPISTAT), in particular concerning the use of the new tools put in place
Axis 2: Computerization of the hospital sector and computerized file for hospitalized patients
Axis 3: Maintenance of the healthcare system s computer and office equipment
Axis 4: Capacity - building of health workers in the collection,analysis of health data at all levels of the health system
