Computer Furniture – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Telecommunications Operating Tables (Tkbt) And Accessories. The Lzn Is Responsible For The Procurement Of Goods And Services For The Direct Lower Saxony State Administration (See Section 2 Of The Lzn Operating Instructions). With The Consent Of Its Supervisory Authority, The Lzn Can Take On Further Tasks For Public Law Users Within And Outside The Lower Saxony State Administration As Well As For Private Law Companies Wholly Owned By The Public Sector (See § 3 Operating Instructions). In This Responsibility, The Order Includes The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With A Company (Section 21 Vgv) For The Delivery Of Telecommunications Operating Tables (Tkbt) And Accessories. Tkbt Are Technical Functional Units That Accommodate All Technology That Must Be Kept Available For The Central Operation And Query Of, For Example, Radio Devices, Telephones, Emergency Call And Danger Alarm Systems, Cell Monitoring, Gate/Door Locking Systems And Intercom Systems By Police Officers On Duty At Base Stations. In Addition To Incorporating Operational Technology, The Tkbt Is Intended To Fulfill A Protective Function In The Form Of A Closed Barrier As An Effective Demarcation Between The Citizen And The Police Officers On Duty At Basic Stations On 24-Hour Duty. In Order To Meet The Requirements Of A 24-Hour Workplace, A Fully Electric Height Adjustment Of The Table Must Be Installed. The Aim Of The Adjustability Is To Design The Tkbt As A Standing Or Sitting Workplace And Also To Enable Disabled-Accessible Work In Accordance With Official Requirements. All Lower Saxony Police Departments, Including The Islands Of Lower Saxony, Are Authorized To Call.
