That, The Hospital Del Salvador And The National Institute Of Geriatrics Need To Have An Agreement For The Supply Of Clinical And Medicinal Gases With The Rental Of Containers (System Of Cryogenic Tanks And Cylinders) For Sixty (60) Months For Hospital Del Salvador And The National Institute Of Geriatrics. Geriatrics President “Eduardo Frei Montalva”, With The Purpose Of Adequately And Efficiently Satisfying The Care Work; That, The Construction Of The New Salvador-Geriatric Hospital Complex Is Currently Under Development, Which Will Have Within Its Vicinity The Hospital Del Salvador And The National Institute Of Geriatrics, Which Will Have A Single Place For The Storage And Distribution Of Clinical And Medicinal Gases. Therefore, It Is Decided To Make This Purchase Jointly. That, National Institute Of Geriatrics, Rut N°61.608.403-8, Through Ordinary N°651, Dated 08-31-2023 Mandates The Hospital Del Salvador To Carry Out The Public Tender For The Acquisition Of The Rental Of Cylinders Of Gases And The Supply Of Medical Gases For The New Salvador-Geriatric Hospital Complex. That, Hospital Del Salvador And The National Institute Of Geriatrics Have Sufficient Budgetary Availability To Cover The Expense Incurred By This Contract. That, For The Determined Amount, This Tender Is Located In The Section For Contracts Exceeding 5,000 Utm, In Accordance With Article 19 Bis Of The Regulations Of Law No. 19,886; That, After Making The Respective Queries, The Provision Of This Supply Of Clinical And Medicinal Gases, With Rental Of Containers (System Of Cryogenic Tanks And Cylinders) Is Not Available In The Catalog Of Goods And Services Offered In The Management Information System Shopping Www.Chilecompra.Cl;
