And Equipping It With Hand-Held Fire Extinguishing Equipment In Accordance With The Relevant Standards, E) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances And Possibly Supplementing The Acceptance Documentation For The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Proceedings, F) Obtaining A Non-Final Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Allowing The Use Of The Facility (Application For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Will Be Submitted To The Competent Authority By The Contractor On Behalf Of The Ordering Party), G) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport Garbage And Material Waste To The Landfill On His Own. The Costs Related To Landfill Fees Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All The Obligations Of The Producer And Holder Of Waste Within The Meaning Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste.
