The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Repair Works, The Capital Repair Of The Bridge On Dn 3B Km 000+822 Over The Canal In Calarasi, In Length Of Approximately 843.54 M, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Works Contract. In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Respectively Of H.G. No. 1/ 2018, The Possible Changes That May Occur During The Period Of The Contract, Refer To The Following, Without Being Limited To Them: 1. Changes Of The Contracting Parties, Including The Replacement Of The Contractor With A New Contractor Under The Conditions Stipulated In Art. 221 Para. (1) Lit. D), Point (Ii); 2. Changes Generated By The Increase Or Reduction Of A Quantity Of Works From The List Of Quantities, When Such An Increase Or Reduction Is The Result Of The Measure Provided For In Clause 49 [Measurement, Evaluations And Provisional Amounts]; 3. Changes Generated By The Increase Or Decrease Of A Quantity From The List Of Quantities As A Result Of The Modification Of The Specifications Or The Drawings; 4. Changes Generated By The Requests Of Utility Network Owners; 5. Changes To The Expropriation Corridor/Corridor That Lead To The Need To Carry Out Additional Works And/Or To Abandon The Carrying Out Of Some Existing Works In The Contract; 6. Extension Of The Execution Period Based On The Contractual Mechanism Provided For In Clause 35 [Extension Of The Execution Period] Of The General Conditions Without Prejudice To The Beneficiarys Right To Apply To The Contractor The Penalties And/Or Sanctions Provided For In The Contract; 7. Modifications Of The Technical Execution Project, Resulting From The Adaptation Of The Technical Project To The Reality On The Ground, Including Changes In Specific Technical Solutions; 8. Modifications Generated According To Sub-Clause 37.11 [Proposal Of Modification Initiated By The Contractor]; 9. Changes Generated By Changes In The Quotas, Positions And/Or Dimensions Of Some Categories Of Works/Items Of Works As A Result Of The Situation In The Field; 10. Changes Found In The Field After The Excavation, Which May Involve Possible Additional Works That Will Have To Be Carried Out, In Case Other Degradation Or Defects In The Resistance Structure Or Hidden Parts Of The Construction Are Found. 11. Changes To Legislation Or Technical Rules/Status/Normative/Standards/, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Corresponding Clause In The General Conditions Of The Contract; 12. Changes Generated By The Requirements Of The Environmental Authorities; 13. Changes Generated By Local/Central Authorities, Required By Various Notices/Agreements/Authorizations; 14. Changes Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors/Suppliers/Subcontractors Of Subcontractors/Any Other Economic Operators And/Or Generated By The Replacement Of Subcontractors/Suppliers/Subcontractors Of Subcontractors/Any Other Initial Economic Operators, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Corresponding Clause In The General Conditions Of The Contract ; 15.
