Resolution N. 7/2024, With This Public Notice It Is Intended To Consult The Market In Order To Identify Any Economic Operators Interested In Carrying Out A Ppp Operation Concerning The Redevelopment Of The Sports Facility Called Ippodromo Delle Capannelle And The Subsequent Management And Maintenance, In Line With The Municipal Needs Explained Within The Same Public Notice.
In This Perspective, The Administration Intends To Carry Out A Project Finance Operation That Includes The Planning Of The Works, The Execution Of The Themselves And The Subsequent Management Of The Sports Facility By A Concessionaire For The Period Corresponding To The Nature Of The Investments.
The Redevelopment Intervention Is Aimed At Creating A Sports Structure Capable Of Guaranteeing Optimal Use Of The Sports Facility, Even Through The Identification Of Different And Secondary Uses And Functions, Enhancing All Its Potential.
More Precisely, Roma Capitale Intends To Pursue The Following Objectives Through The Ppp Operation:
Ensure The Continuation Of The Services Connected To The Sporting Practices Of Trotting And Galloping, Further Developing The Current Vocation Of The Structure Regarding The Organization Of Competitions In The Equestrian Field;
Enhance The Inclusion Of Complementary Functions With Respect To The Sporting One, Also With A View To To Enhance The Overall Offer Of Services Provided By The Sports Facility For The Benefit Of The Community, Guaranteeing A Functional Mix That Balances The Demands Of The Urban Context With The Needs Of Collective Use Of The Sports Facility;
Enhance The Heritage, Developing A Project Aimed At The Recovery Of The Building And Plant Structures Currently Part Of The Sports Facility, With A View To Broad Redevelopment In The Existing Urban-Building Context, With Particular Attention To The Containment Of Land Consumption, Compliance With Constraints And The Protection Of Assets Properties Of Historical, Artistic, Archaeological And/Or Landscape Importance;
Guarantee, Through The Redevelopment Intervention, Compliance With Energy And Environmental Performance Standards, Energy Saving And The Use Of Renewable Sources, As Well As Full Accessibility Of The Sports Facility To Disabled People, Guarantee, Through An Appropriate Management Programme, The Involvement Of Local Sports Associations And Clubs, Schools And Third Sector Bodies.
