The Center, Together With The Garden And The House At Mesnička Street 23, Is Protected As An Individual Cultural Asset And Entered In The Register Of Cultural Assets Of The Republic Of Croatia, List Of Protected Cultural Assets Under Number Z-645. According To The Aforementioned, The Listed Real Estate And Movable Property Are Subject To The Provisions Of The Law On The Protection And Preservation Of Cultural Property. The Pongratz Palace Consists Of A Complex Of Buildings Consisting Of The Two-Story Buildings Of The Southern Tower And The Central And Northern Wings. The Palace Has Two Floors. The Building Has 1,606.00 M2 Of Usable Area With 8,735.00 M2 Of Yard And Lawn. The Palace Is Located On The North-Eastern Part Of The Plot, C. No. 1408 Hp. Center. Next To The Pongratz Palace, There Are Two Other Buildings: A Garage In Tuškanac Street, Which Is Located Along The Western Edge Of The Plot (It Is Covered By This Project) And An Object At Mesnička 23, Located Along The Eastern Edge Of The Plot (It Is Not The Subject Of This Project). Car Access To The Pongratz Palace Is Possible From The North-Eastern Side Via Gornji Grad From Visoka Street. There Is Also The Possibility Of Vehicular Access To The Pongratz Palace Garage From The Western Part Of Tuškanac Street. There Used To Be An Elevator Connection From The Garage On Tuškanac To The Residence Building That Needs To Be Renovated. The Project Also Includes The Renovation And Arrangement Of The Garage, Tunnel And Elevator To The Residence. Pedestrian Access Is On The Ground Floor Level From Visoka Street. The Pongratz Palace Building Was Destroyed In The Earthquake On March 22, 2020, With The Epicenter In The Zagreb Metropolitan Area, And Again In The Earthquake On December 29, 2020, With The Epicenter In The Petrinja Area.
