The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 704 On The Section From Approximately Km 18+398 To Approximately Km 19+072, Including The Demolition And Construction Of An Engineering Structure, Includes: - Expansion Of The Provincial Road, - Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Intersection With The District Road No. 2936E,  Demolition And Construction Of Exits With Covered Ditches,  Demolition And Construction Of Road Ditches,  Demolition Of The Bridge Structure,  Construction Of A Road Culvert,  Construction Of A Temporary Bypass Road With A Temporary Culvert,  Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network,  Construction Technological Channel,  Planting Of Greenery,  Vertical And Horizontal Markings. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation (Construction, Executive And Technical Designs) And Stwiorbs In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Regarding: Execution Of Bituminous Layers Of The Road Structure (Base Layer And Binding And Wearing Layers). This Requirement Does Not Apply To The Production And Transport Of The Mineral-Bituminous Mixture. 3. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract, To The Existing Contractor Of Services Or Construction Works, An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services Or Construction Works, Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Contract, Up To The Amount Of Pln 5,028,659.76 Net.
