Drilling Equipment – Supply Of Drilling Equipment: Part 2 - Parts For Drilling Rigs And Drilling Equipment. 1. Subject Of The Order. 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of Drilling Equipment - Spare Parts And Accessories For The Mdr-06A Drilling Rig, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order. 1.2. The Detailed Scope, Type, Parameters And Quantities Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification. 1.3. The Delivered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Should Correspond To The Spare Parts Specified In The Mdr-06A W13.051Ior Drilling Rig Manual, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Specification. 2. Delivery Terms. 2.1. Upon The Ordering Partys Orders, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Successively During The Contract Period, In Batches (Maximum 5 Batches), Within 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. 2.2. The Number And Type Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order That Will Be Sold And Delivered In One Batch Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Specified In The Order Referred To In Point 2.1. 2.3. The Ordering Party Will Submit Orders To The Contractor By E-Mail. 2.4. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Preparation Of The Ordered Delivery By Phone Or E-Mail, No Later Than One Business Day Before The Delivery Date. 2.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Elements Of The Order Items At Its Own Expense And On Its Own. 2.6. Place Of Delivery - Main Warehouse Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine S.A., 32-020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1. Delivery Hours Are Set On Business Days From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. 2.7. Together With The Individual Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Provide: 1) Proof Of Product Release Outside The Wz Or A Vat Invoice, 2) Warranty Documents For The Offered Parts Indicated In Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 , 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 69 , 70, 84, 85, 86, 87, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 132, 133, 134 Of Annex No. 1 To The Specification. 3) Quality Certificate, 4) Document Confirming The Compliance Of The Product With The Technical And Operational Documentation. Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To The Specification Entitled Detailed Scope, Type, Parameters And Quantities Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement, And The Rules Of Its Implementation In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 10 To The Specification.
