The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Called Reconstruction Of The Building From Święta. Located On The Premises Of The Museum Of Folk Culture In Osiek Nad Notecią, A Branch Of The District Museum. Stanisław Staszic In Piła, Ul. Dworcowa 12; 89-333 Osiek Nad Notecią. The Facility Is Located In Plot No. 811/23, Rev. 0015, Commune Wyrzysk. The Frame Structure Planned For Reconstruction Was Demolished In 2022. And Moved To The Museum. The Reconstruction Involves Reassembling The Facility From Existing Elements Along With The Necessary Additions To The Wooden And Brick Structure. The Building In Święta Was Inventoried In 2021. In 2022, Its Elements Were Numbered And The Object Was Dismantled, Then Transported And Stored On The Premises Of The Museum. Currently, Approximately 90% Of The Original Wooden Elements Of The Building Have Been Preserved, Of Which Approximately 60% Are Reusable Materials. In The Case Of The Façade, The Brick Filling Is Also Stored. Frame Fields And Masonry Walls. The Boarding Of The Gables And The Ceramic Tiles Of The Hall Have Also Been Preserved. All Window And Door Joinery With Moldings, Stoves, Including A Kitchen Stove And Stairs Were Transported To The Museum. The Technical Condition Of The Buildings Elements Allows For Reconstruction Using Selected, Existing Elements With Necessary Additions. The Maximum Number Of Original Elements Should Be Retained. Only Completely Damaged Parts Should Be Qualified For Replacement. All Deformations Resulting From The Specific Nature Of The Building Material Should Be Preserved. In Order To Preserve The Existing Elements, The Missing Ends And Elements Should Be Replaced And Supplemented. All Works Should Be Carried Out Using Traditional Carpentry Methods, Under The Supervision Of The Investors Representatives. Window And Door Joinery Should Be Subjected To Conservation And Restoration Procedures, While Retaining As Many Original Elements As Possible, Including Glazing And Fittings. Before Installing The Element, The State Of Preservation Should Be Assessed Again And Make A Decision About Its Use Or Replacement. The Facility Should Be Placed On Reinforced Concrete Foundations Laid On A Base Layer Of Lean B10 Concrete With A Thickness Of Min. 10 Cm. The Footings Should Be Placed At A Depth Of 1 M Below The Ground Level. The System Of Carpentry Assembly Marks In The Form Of Roman Numerals With Markings Has Been Partially Identified On All Facades, The Partition Wall And Roof Truss Elements. The Signs Were Made With An Axe, Chisel And Burin. When Reconstructing The Building, The Original Method Of Its Construction Should Be Preserved. Traditional Joints Should Be Used In New Elements. New Building Material Should Be Ordered With A Larger Cross-Section So That It Can Be Adjusted To The Size Of A Given Element On The Construction Site, Especially When It Is Connected To A Historical Element. The New Building Material Should Be Planed On The Outside To Get Rid Of The Stiff Texture Of The Mechanical Saw Cut, While Maintaining A Straight Edge Line. Solid Coniferous Wood Should Be Used For New Structures, Strength Class C24, Use Class 2. The Facility Will Not Have Water And Sewage Installations. Rainwater Will Flow Down The Roof Slopes To The Area Around The Building.
