The Client Manages And Lets Out 2.6 Million Square Meters Of Copenhagen Municipalitys Property Portfolio, Divided Into Approx. 3,500 Buildings, Which Are Divided Into Approx. 830 Properties. As Part Of The Administration, The Ordering Party Is, As A General Rule, Responsible For The Service Of The Installations Covered By This Tender.
