The Scope Of This Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of Engineering, Including The Following Activities: - Development And Coordination Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase In Terms Of Architecture; Structural; Hvac; Electrical; Energy Efficiency; Geodesy; Pb; Pbz; Puso; Accounting Documentation For Carrying Out Construction Works, Including Authors Supervision During Construction ; - Carrying Out Cmp, Incl. Supply And Installation Of Equipment, According To The Approved Construction Investment Project. The Activities Covered By This Procedure Aim To Achieve A High Level Of Energy Efficiency And Close To Zero Energy Consumption, And More Specifically: Modernization Of The Heating System And Introduction Of An Automation, Control And Monitoring System; Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation For Own Consumption With An Installed Peak Power Of 80Kwp; Modernization Of The Lighting System; Repair Of Roofs And Thermal Insulation Of External Walls Warranty Liability Of Each Of The Installations And Performed Activities. The Necessary Characteristics, The Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Activities Included In Its Scope Are Described In Detail In The Instructions, The Terms Of Reference And The Draft Contract. The Expected Maximum Period For The Implementation Of The Object Is Up To 660 Calendar Days.
