Security Software Package – Purchase Of A Subscription To Expand Your Trend Micro Vision One Environment With A Server Protection System, A System For Analyzing And Collecting Telemetry Data From Network Traffic, And An Extended Risk Analysis Module For End Stations, Servers And Network Traffic. All Provided Subscriptions, Producer Support And Contractor Support Must Cover A Period Of 17 Months (68 Hours). 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Subscription To Expand The Existing Trend Micro Vision One Environment With A Server Protection System, A System For Analyzing And Collecting Telemetry Data From Network Traffic And An Extended Risk Analysis Module For End Stations, Servers And Network Traffic. All Provided Subscriptions, Producer Support And Contractor Support Must Cover A Period Of 17 Months (68 Hours). 2. In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Provide A Software Subscription For The Provided Solution For A Period Of 17 Months, 2) Implement The Provided Software Preceded By A Pre-Implementation Analysis Carried Out By The Contractor, Which Will Result In The Development Of Technical Documentation For The Implementation. As Part Of The Implementation Works, The Contractor Will Install And Configure The System, Test The Implemented Software In Accordance With The Technical Implementation Documentation And Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Administrators In The Administration Of The Implemented System, 3) Provide Technical Support Services In The Amount Of 4 Service Hours Per Month For A Period Of 17 Months (I.E. . A Total Of 68 Service Hours) On The Terms Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In § 5 Of The Agreement, 4) Providing The Ordering Party With Access To The Manufacturers 24/7 Technical Support For A Period Of 17 Months (From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol) An Authorized Service Partner In Poland, On The Terms Specified By This Entity 3. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Of 2-Day Stationary Training To Be Conducted Once A Year For A Group Of Up To 10 People, Covering*: A) Introduction To The System B) Discussion Of How To Configure And Manage The System C) Discussion Of The Systems Capabilities And The Types Of Analyzes And Reports That Can Be Performed D) Acquiring The Ability To Use The Tools Provided By The Contractor E) Detailed Discussion Of Reporting F) Workshops G) Issuing A Certificate Of Participation And Acquisition Of Skills After The Training Along With An Hourly Indication Of The Training Topics. *The Entire Cost Of Organizing The Training Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor 4. The Place Of Delivery Of The Software Along With Documentation, Subscription And Provision Of Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is The Headquarters Of The Lublin Voivodeship In Lublin, Ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin. 5. The Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Paid To The Contractor In Two Tranches, The First Of Which May Not Exceed ½ Of The Total Order Value On The Following Terms: 1) 1St Tranche - Payment Will Be Made Within 21 Days From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party Of The Correct Invoice Issued After Signing Acceptance Report Without Comments; 2) 2Nd Tranche - Payment Will Be Made Within 21 Days From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party Of The Correct Invoice Issued After At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.
