Bonnorange Aör, Founded On January 1, 2013, Is A Modern And Customer-Oriented Municipal Company Wholly Owned By The Federal City Of Bonn. It Employs Almost 500 People In Its Four Business Areas: City Cleaning, Waste Management, Its Own Workshop And Administration At Four Locations In The Bonn City Area. With The Companys Continuous Growth, The Development At The Largest Of The Locations, The Headquarters And Administration At Lievelingsweg 110 In Bonn-Tannenbusch, Has Become Too Small. In Addition, The Buildings Are Getting Old And In Many Areas No Longer Meet The Requirements For A Modern, Safe, Functional And Sustainable Workplace. Specifically, This Concerns - The Equipment And Number Of Administrative/Office Workstations - The Equipment And Quality Of The Social Rooms For The Entire Workforce (Operational And Administrative) - The Scope, Dimensions And Equipment Of Facilities For Accommodating The Vehicle Fleet (Car Sheds, Storage And Parking Areas ) - The Parking Situation For Employees Cars In Order To Enable Functional/Organizational Optimization Of Operational Processes In Addition To The Renewal Of The Existing Building, The Planning For The New (Replacement) Building Of The Lievelingsweg Business Site Requires A Redesign Of The Entire Depot. As Early As 2022, The Organizer Began Defining A Task For The Redesign Of The Lievelingsweg Depot. Based On The Existing Ones Mentioned Above Functional And Spatial Deficits Are Mainly In Structural Terms. A. The Central Features Of The (Replacement) New Buildings Should Meet Average And Even Higher Standards (Medium Standard) In Terms Of Scope And Design. As An Important Pillar For A Sustainable Bonn, Bonnorange Aör Feels Particularly Committed To The Following Sustainability Standards And Aspects: - Ecological Building And Building Material Certification - Energy-Optimized Building, Passive House Building, Zero-Energy House Building - Building Taking Life Cycle Costs (Bim) Into Account - Modular Construction A Certification Of The Administration Building In Dgnb Gold Is Sought.
