Bids Are Invited For Registration Of Prices For Possible And Future Hiring Of A Company Specializing In The Services Of Support Agents, Civil Firefighters, General Helpers And Unarmed Security To Meet The Municipalitys Calendar Of Events, In Installments, For A Period Of 12 Months, According To The Terms Of Reference – Annex I.
Event Support Agent Services, Duly Qualified (Men And Women), To Control Public Order, With Appropriate Training, Duly Uniformed With Standard Social Uniforms, Carrying Identification Badge And Having A Radio Communication System. (Daily Rate: 08 Hours*), Civil Firefighter - Brigade Members - Daily Rate: 8 Hours*. To Act In Preventing And Combating Disasters, First Aid Among Other Related Functions Within The Event Area, Duly Uniformed And Identified, With Hts Radio For Communication. They Must Follow The Instructions Of The Event Organization, Carrying Out Their Duties With Dedication And Discipline, And The Consumption Of Alcoholic Beverages Is Not Permitted When Carrying Out Their Duties, And Must Work Together With Security Bodies (Police). Daily Rate Corresponding To 8 Hours, And Must Present Themselves 30 Minutes Before The Start Of The Event, Armed With Personal Documents. A List Of The Security Guards Who Will Work At Each Event Must Be Presented, Including Documentation (Rg And Cpf) That Will Be Forwarded To The Public Prosecutors Office/Military Police For The Usual Investigations. All Employees Must Have Life Insurance And Be Duly Registered By The Winning Company, Temporary Labor - General Event Assistant - Daily Hours: 8 Hours*. Employees Must Help Organize Events In Activities Such As Street Closures, Stage Help, Traffic Organization, Among Others Necessary To Carry Out The Event As Per City Hall Guidelines., Unarmed Security Guards - Daily: 8 Hours*. Non-Armed Security For, Personal Searches And Preventative Security In Order To Guarantee The Physical Safety Of People And The Integrity Of Property Within The Event Locations, Duly Uniformed And Identified And Holding The Cnv (National Security Card) With Hts Radio For Communication, Metal Detector And Baton. They Must Follow The Instructions Of The Event Organization, Including The Documentation (Rg) That Will Be Forwarded To The Public Prosecutors Office/Military Police For The Usual Investigations.
