Lamps And Light Fittings – Modernization Of Street Lighting In Ostrówek. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Existing 70 W Sodium Lighting Fixtures With Lighting Fixtures With A 30 W Led Light Source Along With Galvanized Steel Booms In The Town Of Ostrówek In The Amount Of 320 Pieces, Consisting In The Delivery And Replacement Of Street Lighting Fixtures With Led Fixtures. 2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Aid Financed In The Form Of A Targeted Subsidy From The Budget Of The Masovian Voivodeship Under The Masovian Instrument For Supporting Adaptation To Climate Change - Mazovia For Climate 2024. 3. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order With Due Care, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, The Specification Of The Terms Of Order And Its Knowledge And Experience, Maintaining The Highest Professional Level, Quality And Organization Of Work. 5. All Requirements Specified In The Order Documents Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. If The Tender Documentation Indicates The Names, Trademarks, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing The Product Or Service Provided By A Specific Contractor, References To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, If This Could Lead To Privileges Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products - They Should Be Treated As Exemplary Solutions Specifying Standards, Appearance And Technical Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows Offering Parameters Or Equivalent Devices Described In The Swz, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Tender Documentation. 7. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Chapter Iii, Section. 6 Swz. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches A List Of Equivalent Solutions To The Offer. By Equivalent Solutions, The Ordering Party Understands Materials That Have Technical Parameters At Least Equal To Those Specified In The Tender Documentation. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Swz And The Attached Documents, The Submitted Offer, Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations.
