Purpose Of The Award Procedure: The City Of Ettenheim Plans To Renovate The Historic Administrative Building “Palais Rohan”, Located In The Heart Of The Old Town, And Make It Barrier-Free In Compliance With The Requirements Of Monument Protection. In The Future, The Building Will Continue To Be Used By The City Administration As A “Technical Town Hall”. The Project Implementation Depends On The Receipt Of Funding That Has Yet To Be Applied For. The Building Is Located In A Redevelopment Area, Which Will Enable A Large Part Of The Necessary Financing To Be Acquired. In Addition, Funds From The Equalization Fund Should Be Applied For. As Part Of This Tender, The Planning Of The Technical Equipment Will Be Awarded. An Architectural Office Has Already Been Commissioned To Plan The Renovation Of The Building. The Building To Be Renovated Is Located At Rohanstraße 17, 77955 Ettenheim. Service Profile And Scope Of The Order: Technical Equipment (§§ 53 Ff. Hoai 2021) - System Group 1: Waste Water, Water Or Gas Systems (Appendix 15.2 To § 55 Paragraph 3, § 56 Paragraph 3 Hoai 2021) - System Group 2: Heat Supply Systems (Appendix 15.2 To § 55 Paragraph 3, § 56 Paragraph 3 Hoai 2021) - Installation Group 4: Power Systems (Appendix 15.2 To § 55 Paragraph 3, § 56 Paragraph 3 Hoai 2021) - Installation Group 5: Telecommunications And Information Technology Systems (Appendix 15.2 To § 55 Paragraph 3, § 56 Paragraph 3 Hoai 2021) When Planning The Technical Equipment, The Basic Services Of Service Phases 1 To 9 Must Be Provided In Accordance With Appendix 15.1 To § 55 Paragraph 3, § 56 Paragraph 3 Hoai 2021. Since The Realization Of The Project Is Related To Various Factors, A Phased Commissioning Is Planned. First, Level 1 (Basic Services From Service Phases 1 To 4 And Any Special Services) Is Bindingly Accessed. It Is Then Intended To Commission Level 2 (Basic Services From Service Phases 5 To 9 And Any Special Services). However, There Is No Entitlement To Commission The Second Stage. Scope Of Renovation: The Following Measures Are To Be Implemented As Part Of The Renovation Of The “Palais Rohan” In Compliance With The Monument Protection Regulations: 1) Elevator For Barrier-Free Access To The Building: The Elevator Must Be Installed At The West End Of The Building; The Elevator Shaft Must Not Protrude Beyond The First Attic Floor; An Elevator Underground Must Be Built. 2) Sealing The Main Entrance Area: The Stairs In The Area Of The Main Entrance Area Must Be Sealed So That The Use Of The Cellar Vaults Is Not Impaired By The Penetrating Moisture. 3) Main Entrance Door: Structural Physical Improvement, If Possible. 4) Windows: Replacement In Compliance With The Requirements Of The Old Town Statutes. 5) Flooring In The Entrance Area: Renewal Of The Tiles. 6) Office Entrance Doors: Renewal. 7) Double Staircase Entrance Area: Removal Of The Wooden Paneling. 8) Access Storage: Upgrading The Stairs. 9) Attic Space: Extension To Archive/Warehouse; Building Physics Improvement; Dam
