The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services During The Implementation Of Construction Works, Along With Coordination And Control Of Settlement. The Task Titled Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 221 On The Section From Janków To The Kościerzyna Bypass - Section D - Nowa Karczma - Kościerzyna (To The Junction With The Kościerzyna Bypass) Divided Into Two Sections: - Section D1: From Km Approx. 39+850 To Km 45+ 710, - Section D2: From Km 45+710 To Km Approx. 51+800 And During The Warranty And Quality Guarantee Period For The Works. Characteristics Of The Task Being The Subject Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works Covered By Investor Supervision: A) The Task Includes, Among Others: • Extension Of Provincial Road No. 221 With A Total Length Of Approx. 11.95 Km To Parameters Corresponding To The Expected Technical Class Of Road G, • Extension/Reconstruction Intersections Along The Planned Provincial Road No. 221, • Reconstruction/Construction Of Short Sections Of Access Streets Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of Provincial Road No. 221, • Reconstruction/Construction Of Pedestrian Routes, • Construction Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes, • Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of New Bus Bays, • Implementation Of Road Traffic Calming Elements, • Reconstruction/Construction Of Exits, • Reconstruction And Renovation Of Bridge Structures And Culverts, • Construction/Reconstruction Of Other Structures, E.G. Stairs, Fences, • Reconstruction/Construction Of Drainage Ditches, Storm Sewage Systems, Retention Reservoirs, Pre-Treatment Devices, Drainages , • Reconstruction/Construction Of Road Lighting, • Reconstruction Of Conflicting Underground And Above-Ground Utilities, • Construction Of A Technological Canal, • Greenery Management, Including Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs That Conflict With The Investment And Development Of Greenery Within The Road, • Implementation Of Target Road Markings Along With Devices Brd, • Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Conditions, Among Others: Decisions On Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project, Derogation Decisions, Decisions On Water Permits, Including, Among Others, Construction Of Environmental Protection Devices, Ensuring Appropriate Environmental Supervision, • Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Pwkz Decision On The Permit To Conduct Archaeological Research, Including, Among Others: Preparing And Submitting The Documentation Required By Law To The Pwkz, • Making And Installing Information Boards (2 Pcs.). B) Submitting An Application For An Occupancy Permit To The Construction Supervision Authority Or Notifying The Relevant Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction For The Building And All Its Elements, And Obtaining Other Necessary Arrangements Required By Law, Including At Least In The Field Of Fire Protection Of Facilities.
