Urban Development Construction Work – Development Concession Contract Relating To The Development Of The Village Center. This Consultation Relates To The Award Of A Development Concession With A View To Carrying Out A Development Operation Within The Meaning Of Article L. 300-4 Of The Town Planning Code. As Part Of Its Plu Approved On April 6, 2017, The Municipality Has Included A Development And Programming Orientation (Oap) No. 1 For The “Village Center”. This Sector Concerns A Development Project Whose Challenges And Purpose Are: - -The Strengthening Of Commercial Activities In Harmony With Housing, With Objectives Of Social Diversity, - -The Development Of Tourist Accommodation In Line With The Clienteles Targeted By The Resort - -The Development And Requalification Of The Framework Of Public Spaces And Leisure Facilities, - -The Strengthening Of Parking, In Particular By The Implementation Of An Underground Public Parking Lot, - -The Creation Or Securing Of Services And The Creation Of Paths Pedestrians. The Perimeter Covers A Land Area Of Nearly 9,000 M² Located In The Heart Of The Village. The Estimated Floor Area For The Entire Program Was Estimated At Approximately 5,200 M² For Collective Housing, 5,000 M² For Hotel Areas And 800 M² Devoted To A Health Center, 600 M² Of Shops, Public Spaces Including 80 Parking Spaces And Public Squares Or Squares For An Area Of Approximately 600 M².
