For The Car Compartment Simulator System, Which Is To Be Purchased, The Following Is Requested: - Supply: Sale, Complete Delivery Of It And The Accessories Necessary For Installation And Commissioning, - Installation And Commissioning Services, - Performance Of Functional Tests/ Initial Inspection After Commissioning, - Training A Maximum Of 6 People On How The System Works. During The Granted Warranty Period, The Following Will Be Provided: - Preventive Maintenance Services On The System, With On-Site Visit/Visits, If The Manufacturer So Provides, And Whenever Necessary, For: • Checking And Maintaining The System On-Site ; • Update To The Latest Developed Software Version And User Training (If Applicable); • Hardware Upgrade And User Training (If Applicable). - Technical Support For The Remediation Of Reported Non-Conformities/Detected Defects And Keeping The System In Operation. Mandatory Visit/Visits Are Requested, At No Additional Cost, Whenever Necessary Depending On The Possibilities Of Remedying The Reported Non-Conformities/Notified Defects; - Software Update On The System During The Offered Warranty Period (If There Is A New Version Developed); - Hardware Upgrade On The System During The Offered Warranty Period (If Necessary For The Operation Of The System In The Requested Parameters); - Spare Parts For The System During The Warranty Period To Be Offered (If It Is Found That They Failed As A Result Of The Proper Use Of The Equipment By The Contracting Authority). During The Post-Warranty Period Of The Simulation System (Years 3÷12 Of The Life Cycle), At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Service Works Will Be Performed Based On Orders/Contracts.
